The Regional
Credit Card Centre (the technology hub for
Card management in this part of the world)
of an international bank decided to implement
VisionPLUS for their operations in 20 countries
across Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America.
VisionPLUS is an integrated Credit Card Management
system that has been implemented by only a
handful of organizations worldwide. Not only
is the availability of expertise on this system
very limited, the implementation of VisionPLUS
involves interaction with numerous modules
covering other critical areas of Credit Card
operations that are already in place. Emerio
was entrusted with the task of assembling
a crack team of technical and functional consultants
on VisionPLUS. We delivered on time, and enabled
a timely start to the project. Thereafter,
we have continuously augmented the team and
have since become the preferred vendor across
the bank’s business divisions. |

Bank – PeopleSoft ERP Migration |

The Regional
Development team of a leading international
bank decided to migrate its PeopleSoft HRMS
version from 7.5 to 8.13. This involved a
rollout in all its offices in Asia-Pacific
and Australia. Emerio was identified as the
preferred vendor to provide a team of technical
and functional PeopleSoft consultants in the
HRMS module, with emphasis on local language
proficiency such as Japanese and Chinese.
We successfully set up a team of PeopleSoft
consultants in just 30 days. Since then, the
migration has rolled out successfully to most
of the countries in Asia Pacific and our consultants
are today entrusted with the responsibility
of maintenance for this rollout. |

chemical manufacturing firm for the maintenance
and enhancement of its key legacy IBM Mainframe
applications, despite formidable competition
from large international consulting organizations.
Since then, the quality of our support and
services has enabled the chemical manufacturer
to free up its internal resources to help
the company migrate to the SAP environment.
We have also undertaken onsite development
and deployment of productivity tools and Lotus
Notes applications. Additionally, we helped
this client’s SAP implementation effort
in both the functional and technical areas.

hub of an international bank decided to embark
upon a critical Electronic Banking project
and needed to quickly staff a team with varied
expertise and skill sets. In spite of a daunting
