Kazunori Yozawa is a Senior Vice President for Group/Alliance Strategy in the Corporate Planning Division of NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He has been with NTT Com since 1979 and has held several positions of responsibility including Vice President, IT Services Management Division, Assistant Vice President, Global Service Business Division and Vice President & General Manager for NTT America.
He brings to Emerio a comprehensive knowledge of the Telecom and IT industries. He has strong analytical & leadership skills and experience in working in multicultural organizations, both in technical and sales/marketing roles.
He is an MBA from the Stanford Business School and has a Bachelors degree in Science from Chiba University, Japan.
As CEO, Harish has founded and spearheaded Emerio since 1997 from a one–man start up to an organisation with over 1,400 employees.
He has been honoured at several forums for his entrepreneurship – he is the recipient of the SICCI Indian Entrepreneur Award 2009 for Large Enterprises, the ASME’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2005 and Singapore Government’s Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004.
Harish is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management and holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Natarajan Subramaniam is currently the Deputy Chairman of Thakral Corporation Limited. He is the Chairman of its Nomination Committee and Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. He also holds the post of Chairman of the Audit Committees of the Hindu Endowments Board and Asian Women’s Welfare Association and non-executive Director of India listed Karthikeya Paper & Boards Ltd.
His past experience includes a partnership in Ernst & Young with expertise in audit, investigations, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. He has also been a member of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards, Quality Control and Professional Development Committees of Ernst & Young International.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of England and Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University Of Malaya in Singapore.
Shingo Kishimoto has been seconded to Emerio as Executive Vice President and Member of the Company Board of Directors. He will help in the post-merger integration and play a pivotal role in growing Emerio’s remote infrastructure support business.
Prior to this role, he was Vice President, Server Management Services Division (IT Services Business Division). He has been with NTT Com since 2004 and his previous roles include Vice President, Hosting Services Department and Director, Business Planning Department.
Prior to joining NTT, Mr. Kishimoto was employed with HP, Japan from 1980 to 2002 and with Heidelberg, Japan from 2002 to 2004.
He has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Musashi Institute of Technology, Japan.
